Bookella is the modern and brilliant version of Cinderella. 

Like Cinderella, Bookella has an evil stepmother and stepsisters, and her dad also passed away when she was little. She also has animal friends and a fairy "godmother" who helps her realize her dreams. She also goes to Palace to meet the Prince and has to run away at midnight.

However, Bookella doesn't lose a shoe; but she does lose something when she runs away from the Palace at midnight. What could it be? Will the step sisters be able to trick the Prince and take Bookella's place in his heart? Will the story end with "and they lived happily ever after"?
